When is the camp held? The 3D2N camp is from 8th to 10th July 2015.

You can click “About” to find out more about our camp.

Is Japanese language a requirement to join the camp?

Nope. All you need to have is the passion for Japan’s culture and the desire to make more friends.

I am a current student of NTU/current member of JAC. Can I participate in NTU JAC FOC 2015?

Yes, as long as you have not previously participated in our FOCs as a participant and a matriculated NTU student.

What am I paying for?

The camp fees cover meals, accommodation, fun activities, and the camp Tee-shirt.

Is this an overnight camp?

Yes.

What if I cannot make it for all the camp days?

You still have to pay the full amount of camp fees. Hence, we encourage you to try to attend all 3 days of our camp.

What if I have to leave earlier for some days of the camp?

Please inform your Group Leader when he/she contacts you after your registration.

I applied for another camp but I'm not sure if I'll get in. If this camp is my 2nd choice, can I still apply?

Yes, but please let us know in the remarks section of the sign up form.

What if there are certain activities that I am unable to participate?

Your health and safety is our top priority. If there are any activities that you cannot participate, please inform your group leaders.

What if I have specific food requirements?

Please state your dietary requirements or specifications in the registration form. Most of our catered meals are Japanese food.

Can I bring my laptop to the camp?

We strongly discourage participants to bring any unnecessary electronic gadgets to the FOC as we will not be held responsible for any lost belongings.

However, you are strongly advised to bring your mobile phone and its charging device.

Where will be the camp activities held at?

The FOC will be held at multiple locations, mostly at Nanyang Technological University school campus and HomeTeam NS Adventure Centre @ Bukit Batok, and various locations around Singapore.

Are we really going to Japan for this FOC?
Nono, it's our theme! Sorry for the confusion :(
